The objective is to brief potential partners with detailed information on how to submit a quality application.
Prepare your notes and project ideas, this is a unique occasion to find partners and exchange with the Pro-gramme Joint Secretariat officers. There will be three ways for you to do this:

|A unique opportunity to meet numerous and various project partners interested in the same theme as you. After the speed dating, some time will be allocated so you can discuss with the project partners that have caught your attention the most.||Following the presentations on the call, a great amount of time will be dedicated to questions and answers. Exercises will allow you to translate theory into practice and help you clarify your doubts.|
The bilateral meetings are fully booked. No more time slots are available.
The meetings will last 30 minutes and take place on 28th November between 3.00 pm and 05.30 pm.
For the speed dating, we advise you to bring your business cards and prepare your speech in advance. You will have around 5 minutes per person to present your project idea and introduce yourself.
You can already start looking for partners and publish your project ideas on the online Partner search forum accessible through the Programme website. One discussion thread per theme have been created.
In addition, to help you with your application, make the exchanges between the JS and applicants more efficient and smoother, we created several discussion threads for questions specific to this call. A project officer will answer your questions within a short time. You will thus, not only have the opportunity to clarify your doubts but also benefit from the answers to other colleagues’ questions.
To access these forums (partner search and application assistance), you need to create an account on the Programme website by clicking on the “ACCOUNT” button at the top of the home page and then once your request has been aaccepted, ask to join the "programme workspace". The call will be restricted on different levels, and for this reason we strongly advise you to carefully read the Terms of Reference (ToR) and all the documents related to this call published on the Programme website dedicated page as well as the factsheets about the Programme architecture and framework (Programme Manual).
