A low-carbon future: let's talk about buildings! Save-the-date: 19 September 2019

'Greening' the building sector is a important challenges towards a more sustainable European future. With this in mind, the Interreg Europe ZeroCO2 project has been working for more than two years on this topic, through the enhancement and implementation of various eco-friendly energy sources and technologies.

ZeroCO2 has brought together eight partners from different European regions. Territorial cooperation has made it possible to exchange financial tools and renewable energy technologies as well as good practices and policies.  On 19 September 2019, you will have the opportunity to get to know their results at the project final conference in Marseille, France.

The conference, which will be attended by a wide range of Mediterranean stakeholders, will begin with the presentation of the results and best practices obtained from the partnership. Thereupon, you are welcome to deepen your knowledge on energy certification obtained by ZeroCO2 buildings as well as on the New Energy Performance in Buildings Directive. After lunch, among four other talks, the Interreg MED project SHERPA will present the joint action plan for the energy renovation of public buildings in the Mediterranean.
